Since I'm quite sure the possibility of finding Vol. 2 anywhere, without pay exorbitant amounts of money for, would it be possible to make a Kickstarter or IndieGoGo fundraiser happen to possibly reprint said volume? I'd still like the chance to complete my collection somehow, without applying for a loan in the process.
